「なりすましメール拒否機能」とは、メールの送信元メールアドレスを偽装しているメールを受信拒否する機能です。自分にとって必要なメールでも、なりすましの疑いがあると判断された場合は、受信拒否の対象となります。

“Spoof email block function” is a function that blocks emails that are judged to be result of spoofing activities. In some cases, safe messages too are judged as spoof email and are denied reception.

「なりすましメール拒否機能」によって必要なメールが受信拒否されていたとわかった場合は、必要なメールの送信元メールアドレス[veraitalia.jp] を「救済リスト」に追加してください。

When also safe messages are blocked by the “spoof email block function” , it is necessary to add the sender email address domain “veraitalia.jp” to the safe list.

How to add an address to the safe list

• 1. Yahoo!メールトップページ右上の[メールオプション]をクリックし、表示されるページで[なりすましメール拒否設定]をクリックします。
• 2. 「リストに追加」欄で、[veraitalia.jp]を入力します。
• 3. [リストに追加]ボタンを押します。
• 4. リストに追加したメールアドレス（または、リストに追加したドメインを含むメールアドレス）からのメールが、なりすましメール拒否機能の対象外となります。

• 1. Click on “Mail option” on the upper-right part of the top page of Yahoo mail, then click on “Spoof email rejection settings”.
• 2. Type “veraitalia.jp” in the “add to list” field.
• 3. Click on the “add to list” button.
• 4.Messages sent from the email address that has been added (or from all the email address referring to the domain that has been added) will not be judgeg as spoof email anymore.

VERA@ITALIAからのメールが迷惑メールフォルダに入っている場合がございます。
迷惑メールフォルダの中を確認し、VERA@ITALIAからのメールが入っている場合は以下の方法をお試しください。

In some cases, emails from VERA@ITALIA be automatically moved to the spam folder.
Please check if there is any VERA@ITALIA email in you spam email folder, and if so follow the below instructions.

迷惑メールフォルダを開きます。
メール一覧の中に「【VERA@ITALIA】」という宛名又は件名のメールがあることをご確認ください。

Open your spam floder. Please check if there is any email showing “ 【VERA@ITALIA】” in the sender field or in the subject field.

メール一覧の中に「【VERA@ITALIA】」という宛名又は件名のメールがありましたら、四角いチェックボックスをクリックしチェックを入れます。

If so, please click on the check box beside the email message to select it.

次に、左図の赤い線で囲った部分にあります、「迷惑メールではないメール」という項目をクリックし、迷惑メールを解除します。

Then click on the “this is not spam” button, as indicated by the red line in the image on the left.

以上で終了です。

VERA@ITALIAからのメールが入っている場合は以下の方法をお試しください。

受信/拒否設定をしている可能性がございます。
受信/拒否設定をしている場合は、[veraitalia.jp]を受信するように許可が必要です。

It is possible that the account is set for rejecting incoming messages.

※以下はFOMAの場合の設定方法です。

* The following instruction are for FOMA users.

[ iMenu ]→[ お客様サポート ]→[ 各種設定（確認・変更・利用） ]→[ 詳細な設定（メール設定） ]

[iMenu] > [Customer support] > [Settings] > [Advanced settings (email settings)]

• 1. 「メール受信設定」の「迷惑メール対策」を選択します。
• 2. 「認証」画面にて、iモードパスワードを入力し、「決定」を選択します。
• 3. 「受信/拒否設定」を選択して、「次へ」を選択します。
• 4. ステップ4の「受信設定」に進み、[veraitalia.jp]を[　]に入力後、「登録」を選択し、設定完了です。

• 1. Choose [Spam email measures] from [Incoming emails setting]
• 2. In the [authentication] screen, insert your iMode password and click on [confirm].
• 3. Choose [incoming messages block settings] and click on [next].
• 4. Go to step 4 [incoming messages settings], type in “veraitalia.jp” and then click on [register].

なりすましメール拒否、または受信拒否の設定をしている可能性がございます。
「なりすましメール否定」や「ドメイン認証規制」を設定していると、VERA@ITALIAからのメールが「なりすまし」と判断されて
受信できなくなることがあります。 なりすましメール拒否、または受信拒否の設定をしている場合は[veraitalia.jp]を受信するように許可が必要です。

It it possible that some email messages are being blocked as spoof emails or their reception is being refused.
If the [spoof email block] or the [domain authorization] functions are active, messages from VERA@ITALIA might be
rejected as spoof or spam emails. In this case it is necessary to authorize “veraitalia.jp” domain for reception.

[ メールキー ] →[ Eメール設定 ]→[ その他の設定 ]→[ メールフィルター ]

[mail] button > [Email settings] > [Other settings] > [Email filter]

• 1. 個別設定にある、[8 その他の設定]を選択します。
• 2. [宛先指定受信]を選択し、[info@veraitalia.jp]を[　]に入力後、「OK」を
  選択し、ガイダンスに従って登録を行ってください。

• 1. Choose [8. Other settings].
• 2. Select [Incoming email address specification] and input
  “info@veraitalia.jp”, then click on [OK] and follow the instruction for
  registration.

受信拒否またはなりすましメール拒否設定をされている可能性がございます。
受信拒否またはなりすましメール拒否設定を設定していると、VERA@ITALIA
からのメールが「なりすまし」と判断されて受信できなくなることがあります。

It it possible that some email messages are being blocked as spoof emails
or their reception is being refused.
If the [spoof email block] or the [domain authorization] functions are active,
messages from VERA@ITALIA might be rejected as spoof or spam emails.

受信拒否設定をされている場合は、
【アドレス指定設定】 に[veraitalia.jp]を追加してください。

In case incoming messages block is active, add “veraitalia.jp” domain to
the [Specified address setting].

なりすましメール設定をされている場合は、
【なりすまし救済リスト】に[veraitalia.jp]を追加してください。

In case messages are being judged as spoof emails, please add
“veraitalia.jp” domain to the safe list.
